Barisan Liow is first one don' t want Tan Ah Eng from MCA which retained seat by 8851 votes majority in 2008 , so they put Kit Siang MP Ipoh Timur from DAP won majority of 14762 votes to reject UMNO candidates ( MCA dengan mudah hilang satu satu kerusi dari GE12 ) in 2013 .
